ఆధ్యాత్మికత ఉట్టిపడేలా, అద్భుత ఆలయ శిల్ప కళా నైపుణ్యంతో, ఆలయ ప్రాశస్త్యం, వైభవం ప్రస్ఫుటమయ్యేలా యాదాద్రి పునరుద్ధరణ పనులు జరగాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు అధికారులకు సూచించారు. యాదాద్రిలో చేపట్టిన నిర్మాణ పనులకు నిధుల కొరత లేకుండా ఈ సారి బడ్జెట్లో కూడా అవసరమైనన్ని నిధులు కేటాయిస్తామని చెప్పారు. పునరుద్ధరణ పనులన్నీ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత సహస్ర్రాష్టక కుండయాగం (1008 యాగ కుండాలతో) 11 రోజుల పాటు మహాయాగం నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు సిఎం వెల్లడించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి రాష్ట్రపతి, ఉప రాష్ట్రపతి, ప్రధాన మంత్రి, కేంద్ర మంత్రులు, వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులు, గవర్నర్లను ఆహ్వానిస్తామని చెప్పారు. వందల ఏళ్ల పాటు నిలిచిపోయే దేవాలయం కాబట్టి, ప్రతీ అంగుళం నిర్మాణంలో అత్యంత జాగ్రత్తగా వ్యవహరించాలని, వైభవోపేతంగా నిర్మాణాలుండాలని చెప్పారు. అత్యాధునికంగా, ఆధ్మాత్మిక శోభ కనిపించేలా నిర్మించిన వెల్లూరు, తంజావూరు, అక్షరధామ్ లాంటి ప్రసిద్ధ దేవాలయాలను సందర్శించి నిర్మాణాలను అధ్యయనం చేయాలని సిఎం అధికారులను కోరారు. దేశంలోని ప్రతీ ఒక్కరు ఒక్కసారైనా యాదాద్రిని సందర్శించాలనే ఉత్సుకత కలిగేలా దేవాలయ ప్రాంగణాన్ని తీర్చిదిద్దాలని చెప్పారు. పునరుద్ధరణ తర్వాత యాదాద్రికి భక్తుల సంఖ్య ఎన్నో రెట్లు పెరుగుతుందని, దానికి అనుగుణంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని సిఎం ఆదేశించారు. శివరాత్రి ఉత్సవాలు, తెప్పోత్సవం నిర్వహించడానికి, నిరంతరం వ్రతాలు చేసుకోవడానికి, తలనీలాల సమర్పణకు, మండల దీక్ష భక్తులు ప్రత్యేక పూజలు చేసుకోవడానికి కావాల్సిన ఏర్పాట్లు శాశ్వత ప్రాతిపదికన చేయాలని సిఎం ఆదేశించారు. ఒకదాని తర్వాత ఒకటి కాకుండా నిర్మాణ పనులన్నీ సమాంతరంగా సాగాలని, దీనికోసం ఏ పనికి ఆ పనిగా ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేసుకుని అమలు చేయాలని చెప్పారు.

యాదాద్రి పునరుద్ధరణ పనులను ఆదివారం సందర్శించి వచ్చిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్, సోమవారం ప్రగతి భవన్ లో విస్తృతస్థాయి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ప్రభుత్వ ముఖ్య సలహాదారు శ్రీ రాజీవ్ శర్మ, ఆర్ అండ్ బి ఇఎన్సీలు శ్రీ గణపతి రెడ్డి, శ్రీ రవీందర్ రావు, ఇ.ఇ. శ్రీ వసంతర్ నాయక్, ఎస్.ఇ. శ్రీ లింగారెడ్డి, వైటిడిఏ స్పెషల్ శ్రీ ఆఫీసర్ కిషన్ రావు, ఇవో శ్రీమతి గీత, ఆలయ నిర్మాణ నిపుణుడు శ్రీ ఆనంద్ సాయి, స్ట్రక్చర్ ఇంజనీర్ శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర్లు, ఆర్కిటెక్ట్ శ్రీ మధుసూదన్, శ్రీ వాసుకి, సిఎంఓ ప్రత్యేక కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ భూపాల్ రెడ్డి తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు. సమీక్షలో భాగంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ ప్రధాన ఆలయమున్న గుట్టపై భాగంలో ఎలాంటి నిర్మాణాలు రావాలి? గుట్ట కింద భాగంలో ఎలాంటి నిర్మాణాలు రావాలి? టెంపుల్ సిటీపై ఎలాంటి నిర్మాణాలు రావాలి? మొత్తంగా యాదాద్రి ఎలా ఉండాలి? అనే విషయాలపై చర్చించి, తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. మాడవీధులు, ప్రాకారాలు కలుపుకుని 4.5 ఎకరాల విస్తీర్ణంలో ప్రధాన దేవాలయం నిర్మించాలని, మొత్తం 302 ఎకరాల విస్తీర్ణంలో దేవాలయ ప్రాంగణం ఉంటుందని సిఎం వెల్లడించారు.

లక్ష్మీ నర్సింహస్వామి కొలువై ఉండే గుట్టపై భాగంలో ప్రధాన దేవాలయంతో పాటు గోపురాలు, ప్రాకారాలు, మాడ వీధులు, శివాలయం, ఆంజనేయ స్వామి విగ్రహం, ఇ.వో. కార్యాలయం, వివిఐపి గెస్ట్ హౌజు (ప్రెసిడెన్షియల్ సూట్), అర్చక నిలయం, నైవేధ్యం వంటశాల, ప్రసాద మంటపం, రథశాల, వ్రత మంటపం, స్వామి పుష్కరిణి, క్యూ కాంప్లెక్స్, మెట్ల దారి, బస్టాప్, పోలీస్ ఔట్ పోస్టు, హెల్త్ సెంటర్లుండాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఏ నిర్మాణం ఎక్కడ రావాలనే దానిపై తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. దీని ప్రకారం నిర్మాణాలు ప్రారంభం కావాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. గుట్ట కింది భాగంలో గండి చెరువును తెప్పోత్సవం నిర్వహించడానికి అనువుగా సుందరంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని చెప్పారు. బస్వాపూర్ రిజర్వాయర్ నుంచి నిత్యం ఈ చెరువుకు నీటి సరఫరా చేస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. గండి చెరువుకు అనుబంధంగా కోనేరు, కళ్యాణకట్ట నిర్మించాలని చెప్పారు. గుట్ట కింద భాగంలోనే ఆలయ బస్టాండ్ నిర్మించాలని, అక్కడి నుంచి భక్తులను దేవాలయ వాహనాల ద్వారా గుట్టపైకి తీసుకురావాలని చెప్పారు. గుట్టపైకి వెళ్లి, రావడానికి వేర్వేరు దారులు ఉపయోగించాలని చెప్పారు. గుట్ట కింద మండల దీక్ష చేపట్టిన భక్తుల కోసం ఆశ్రమం నిర్మించాలని నిశ్చయించారు. యాదాద్రి ఆలయం చుట్టూ రింగు రోడ్డు నిర్మించాలని, దానికి అనుబంధంగా రేడియల్ రోడ్ల నిర్మాణం చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు. యాదాద్రి నుంచి తుర్కపల్లికి నాలుగు లేన్ల రోడ్లు వేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.

నిర్మాణ పనులన్నీ అత్యంత పటిష్టంగా జరగాలని, నాణ్యత విషయంలో రాజీపడవద్దని కోరారు. పునరుద్ధరణ పనులన్నీ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత పరిపూర్ణ ఉపాసకులతో అతిపెద్ద యాగం నిర్వహిస్తామని, దీనికి దేశ విదేశాల నుంచి ప్రముఖులను ఆహ్వానిస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. లక్షలాది మంది భక్తులు పాల్గొనే ఈ యాగం కోసం ఇప్పటి నుంచే ఏర్పాట్లు చేయడానికి ఓ కమిటీని నియమించనున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. భక్తులు భస చేయడానికి వీలుగా టెంపుల్ సిటీలో 340 క్వార్టర్ల నిర్మాణ పనులు వేగంగా జరగాలని చెప్పారు. టెంపుల్ సిటీలో రోడ్లు, మంచినీరు, విద్యుత్, డ్రైనేజి లాంటి కనీస వసతులు కల్పించాలని సూచించారు. యాదాద్రిలోని ప్రతీ బ్లాకుకు దేవుళ్లు, దేవతల పేర్లు పెడతామని సిఎం చెప్పారు. యాదాద్రి టెంపుల్ సిటీ అంతా ప్రకృతి రమణీయత గోచరించేలా, ఆహ్లాదం వెల్లివిరిసేలా ఉద్యానవనాలు, ఫౌంటేన్లు నిర్మించాలని చెప్పారు.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri K. Chandrashekar Rao suggested to the Yadadri Temple Development Authority officers that the renovation and reconstruction works of Yadadri Temple should be carried out in such a way that it reflects the spirituality, the temple stone artistic grandeur, the importance of the temple as well as the greatness of the temple from time immemorial. The CM assured that adequate budgetary provision will be made to see that there is no dearth of funds for the construction works at Yadadri. He announced that once the renovation works are completed there would be a Mahayaga spanning over 11 days to be known as “Sahasrastaka Kundayaga” (With 1008 Yaga Kundas). For this programme the President of India, Prime Minister, Vice President, Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of different states, Governors and other dignitaries would be invited. The CM said that since the temple would continue to be there for ages every care should be taken in the construction inch by inch everywhere and it should be on an excellent scale. CM told the officials that a team from YTDA should visit temples like Vellore, Tanjavur, Akshardham which are famous for modern architecture and spiritual excellence, to study the construction works there in detail. The CM said that everyone in this country should feel that at least once in their lifetime they should get an opportunity to visit the Yadadri temple and accordingly the temple premises should be developed. Since the pilgrims’ number is likely to increase multifold once the reconstruction and renovation works are completed the arrangement should be in tune with the increase in the numbers. CM instructed that for organizing Shivaratri festivities, the Tepostsavam, to perform vratas on a continuous basis, to offer the hair, and to perform special poojas by devotees of Mandala Dikshas, arrangements should be made on permanent basis. CM said that instead of taking up construction activity one after the another it should be done parallelly and for every such activity proper planning should be done.

Chief Minister KCR who visited Yadadri on Sunday to inspect the development works and renovation works held a review meeting at Pragathi Bhavan on Monday afternoon. Chief Advisor to Government Sri Rajiv Sharma, R&B ENCs Sri Ganapathi Reddy, Sri Ravinder Rao, YTDA Special Officer Sri Kishan Rao CM Special Secretary Sri Bhupal Reddy, EO Smt. Geetha, Architect Sri Anand Sai and others participated. As part of the review the CM raised issued like what sort of constructions should be taken up on the main Hillock where the temple shrine is situated? What type of constructions should be taken up at down the hill? What type of construction should be there in Temple city? How entire Yadadri should look at? etc and has taken decisions accordingly. CM said that the main deities’ place of the shrine including the Mada Veedhis (Streets on the Temple city), Prakaras should be in 4.5 acres of area and the entire temple premises would be spread over in 302 acres.

The CM decided that on top of the hill where the main presiding deity Lord Laxmi Narasimha Swamy is situated in addition to the main temple there should be Gopuras, Prakaras, Mada Veedhis, Shiva Temple, Hanuman Statue, EO office, VVIP Guest Houses known as Presidential Suite, Place for archakas, place for kitchen where the prasada is prepared, the prasada mandapam, rathashala, vratha mandapam, swamy pushkarini, Q complex, the steps way, the bus stop, the police outpost, health centres etc. The CM has taken the final decision as to where what sort of construction should take place and instructed the officers to proceed with construction accordingly. He said that the Gandi tank which is situated down the hill should be developed beautifully for organizing the Lords Tepostsavam. He said that water would be released to this tank from Baswapur reservoir. The Koneru, and Kalyana Katta should also be constructed at adjacent to the Gandi tank. The Temple bus stand should be constructed at down the hill area and from there the pilgrims would be transported to the top of the hill and to bring them back. They should be a two-way road to go to the hill and to come back. CM suggested that a cottage should be built for the devotees who take up the mandala deeksha. He said that around Yadadri temple a ring road should be laid and supplementing it radial roads are to be laid. CM instructed that from Yadadri to Turkapally mandal centre a four-lane road should be laid.

The CM desired that every construction should be done in a unique manner and with perfection without compromising on the quality. Once the renovation works and reconstruction works are completed with specialised upasakas a yagam on a large scale would be performed for which prominent people from all over the world would be invited said the CM. For this purpose and to facilitate participation of lakhs of devotees in the yaga and to monitor the arrangements a committee would be constituted. He said that the construction work of 340 quarters for a stay of devotees should be speeded up and completed at the earliest. He suggested that the roads, drinking water, the powerlines, the drainage and other minimum facilities are to be provided and the works on this should be taken up immediately. The CM said that every block in Yadadri will be named after a God or Goddess. The entire Temple city should give a naturally beautiful look with gardens and fountains said the CM.
